Dinner- 2 Slices of toasted Whole wheat bread with a garlic ‘spread’ on it, a quorn burger, poached egg, brocolini, corn and brussel sprouts.
part of my lunch! a whole wheat salad pocket with hummus, spinach, alfalfa sprouts, shredded carrots, and hard boiled egg whites :) i have baby carrots, fruit salad, and tazo china green tips tea on the side!
Lunch- A wholegrain barley wrap with sweet potato, rocket, falafels, carrot, tomato
Yea..This was me trying to make my breakfast have smiley faces, I think they look rather creepy though.my breakfast this morning was; a toasted wholemeal English muffin, two teaspoons of peanut butter, a strawberry for the eyes, 2 blackberries for a nose and half a banana for a smile
Lunch- Soup left over from last night over wholemeal pasta.
Dinner- Corn, pumpkin, chili soup with whole wheat pasta -need extra carb \: - with 1 slice of wheatmeal bread with plain greek yogurt ontop. Had it with water
Lunch- Wheatmeal Bread toasted with peanut butter (more then usual c: ..), banana and apple. Had It with a class of milk and some water
Morning Snack- 1 slice of whole wheat bread toasted, 1/2 banana, peanut butter and honey
