Vegan coconut banana cookies:
-1/2 banana mashed
-2 TBS coconut flour
-1/4 cup nondairy milk
-2 tsp Stevia extract
-1/8 tsp baking powder.
Mix together and place in oven at 350F for 15-20 min! Almost tastes like a macaroon! Very good.

Dinner- 2 Quorn sausages, herbed sweet potato mash, peas and capsicum
(In other words: Bangers and mash!! )
Dinner- Raw carrots, peas, corn, brussel sprouts, asparagus, brocolini, cauliflower, chickpeas, mushrooms, onion, quorn ‘chicken’ style fillet with avocado ontop

Dinner- Bulgur (stuff that looks like rice/ couscous) Quorn ‘chicken’ fillet, mushrooms, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, corn, baby corn, onion, garlic, herbs and spices all mixed into my left over pumpkin soup from lunch :D
Dinner- Homemade burgers (need to be adjusted, they were very squishy but YUMM), brussel sprouts, peas, bok choy, spinach, left over couscous and cauliflower and broccoli (they were in the burgers), capsicum
cream of wheat with flax, blueberries, hemp hearts, sugar, and light soy milk, lemon ginger tea
