Peanut Butter Toast, Nutella, and Apple Slices
Breakfast today… toasted GF seeded brown roll with peanut butter, a kiwi and some strawberries.
Dinner- 2 Slices of toasted Whole wheat bread with a garlic ‘spread’ on it, a quorn burger, poached egg, brocolini, corn and brussel sprouts.
Toasted whole grain and rye bread with avocado, chives & lemon juice spread. Scrambled egg & egg white with spinach, chives and tomato sauce.
- Sesame ezekiel toast with avocado, sea salt, black pepper and lots of chickpeas.
- Salad consisting of mixed baby greens, cucumber, tomato, purple onion, hemp hearts, and organic vinaigrette.
- One egg and 1/2 c. egg white scrambled then topped with spicy sprouts and smoked paprika.
