Lunch- Toasted sourdough wrap with 2 quorn ‘chicken’ style fillet, avocado, tomato, carrot, lettice, almonds, peanuts, herbs. Had it with water
Lunch- Grilled sourdough wrap with avocado, spicy pumpkin dip, cherry tomatoes, spinach, carrot, cucumber, falafels, herbs and spices. Had it with 1/2 an apple and big bottle of water
Dinner- Sourdough wrap, quorn ‘chicken’ pieces, pumpkin, brocolini, capsicum, onion, garlic, avocado, herbs and spices.
Dinner- Sourdough wrap as pizza base, tomato paste, pumpkin, sweet potato, quorn ‘chicken’ pieces, avocado, kale. Had it with Milk and some water
Morning Snack- I’m going to call this my ‘Berry Bliss Wrap’ :D
