Dinner- Soup with pumpkin, cauliflower, peas, capsicum, egg, onion, garlic, avocado, herbs, spices. Had it with a glass of milk
Lunch- Soup left over from last night over wholemeal pasta.
Dinner- Corn, pumpkin, chili soup with whole wheat pasta -need extra carb \: - with 1 slice of wheatmeal bread with plain greek yogurt ontop. Had it with water
