Big snack! Brown rice cake with pb and banana, carrot and cucumber sticks, a cup of tea, almonds and some huge sultanas haha.
Morning Snack- 2 rice cakes, one with banana and other with honey.
Lunch- 2+ rice cakes with peanut butter, plain yogurt and cinnamon on them, toasted Sourdough wrap with left of veggies (carrot, peas, corn), herbs, spices and falafels.
Had it with little bit of juice and water.
Morning Snack- 2 rice cakes with peanut butter and 1/2 banana ontop with 100 ml of orange juice. YUMM YUMM
