Morning Snack- 1 slice of toasted wheatmeal bread with 1/2 banana and cinnamon ontop. With milk and protein drink.
Snack- Had a ‘sweet biscuit’ today that I havn’t had in for over 1 year, so happy and proud (only freaked a little >.< )had it with smoothie/ protein drink!
Woke up in a better mood then to how I felt going to sleep :)
Going todo some yoga soon and have my protein drink for Morning Tea/ snack :D
Today will be a good day!
