I’m getting a bit obsessed with puting my smoothies in bowls :P
Banana avocado protein pancakes with sugar free maple syrup and strawberry greek yogurt.

Now trying to relax and calm down Luna and reading a realestate book.

Afternoon Snack- Protein Bulk bar and a warm drink.
Hoping this wont make me feel sick but im actally excited to have it! :D
Lunch- 2 slices of toasted Wheatmeal Bread with falafels, tomato, cucumber, avocado, spicy pumpkin dip. Milk with protein powder and bottle of water.
Afternoon Snack- Musashi Bulk berry flavoured protein bar.
So happy I had the hole thing.
I actually enjoyed it, I also got another one today :D
RECOVERY FOR THE WIN!!
Morning Snack- 1 slice of toasted wheatmeal bread with 1/2 banana and cinnamon ontop. With milk and protein drink.
Lunch- Sweet potato mash, mixed with carrot, quorn ‘chicken’ style pieces ontop. 1 slice of wheatmeal toast with spicy pumpkin dip, spinach, cucumber, tomato ontop.One biscuit. Had it with little bit of milk with protein powder and big bottle of water.
Dessert- Chobani plain greek yogurt, passion fruit, protein powder and a Green Tea :)
