Still out of peanut butter so had to be adventurous of what to put on my sweet potato haha.
It turned out yumm anyways :D
chocolate peanut butter fudge
- 2 T peanut butter
- Coconut butter (Add coconut to blender/food processor and blend for 3-10 depending on blender)
- 2 T cocoa powder (10g)
- 1/2 medium ripe banana
- 1/16 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Scoop into a container or even a little pie pan, and put in the fridge or freezer so it will firm up. Or you can eat it soft!
- froze for 1-2 hours.
My Birthday breakfast!
(Tummy is playing up heaps today :/ but not gonna let it effect my day)
1 slice if toast with honey, mango and yoghurt on it.
Other slice with peanut butter, apple, frozen berries and cinnamon with a lemon tea :)
My Breakfast this morning! Banana, cinnamon oats cooked with a date and chia seeds, topped with apple, peanut butter, frozen berries and milk
Peanut Butter Toast, Nutella, and Apple Slices
Breakfast today… toasted GF seeded brown roll with peanut butter, a kiwi and some strawberries.
Oatmeal made with Almond milk, a tsp of cinnamon and half a banana (mashed). Then topped with the remaining banana, blackberries, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter and a light drizzle of honey.
