Dinner- 2 Quorn sausages, herbed sweet potato mash, peas and capsicum
(In other words: Bangers and mash!! )
Dinner- Raw carrots, peas, corn, brussel sprouts, asparagus, brocolini, cauliflower, chickpeas, mushrooms, onion, quorn ‘chicken’ style fillet with avocado ontop
Dinner- Mushroom and veggie pizza (:
Dinner- Sweet potato mash, brussel sprout, asparagus, brocolini and onion, mushroom, egg white, peas, corn, herbs and spices mix.
Dinner- Bulgur (stuff that looks like rice/ couscous) Quorn ‘chicken’ fillet, mushrooms, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, corn, baby corn, onion, garlic, herbs and spices all mixed into my left over pumpkin soup from lunch :D
Dinner- Stir Fry thing ( Zucchini, spinach, seed mix, corn, peas, red capsicum, brocolini, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, quorn ‘chicken’ pieces, mushroom, herbs, spices)
Dinner- Stuffed Butternut Pumpkin (Quorn ‘mince’, mushrooms, spinach, herbs, spices, lentils), brocolini, brussel sprouts
Dinner- Homemade burgers (need to be adjusted, they were very squishy but YUMM), brussel sprouts, peas, bok choy, spinach, left over couscous and cauliflower and broccoli (they were in the burgers), capsicum
Dinner- Seeded Rye roll, half with a homemade YUMMY avocado spread on it, half with a crushed roasted garlic, cherry tomato and carrot. Stuffed mushroom (brocolini, cauliflower, squash, onion, herbs, spices) peas.
Dinner- Butternut Pumpkin soup with Quinoa (and other stuff) Had some Juice with it!
Dinner- Wholemeal pita pocket bread with homemade falafels (they didnt work to well tonight) spinach, carrot, cherry tomato, cucumber, brocolini, herbs spices and a yumm avocado dip thing.
Had it with some juice
