Today has started off lovely!!

Went for a driving lesson with my mum this morning.
Came home and had a lovely lunch!

The sun is out~ which always makes things better.
And right now I’m in the process of making some almond butter :D

This weekend has been a good one
-just need to get some motivation to start on homework haha

Lunch!!

Went to a lovely restaurant with my mum, dad and little sister (my lunch there brunch haha) and I had a great time! and the food was great!
I’m so happy, it has been a while sense I have been able todo that and it had been ages sense we have gone out as a family to eat. Afterwards we walked around a bit and ended up buying 6 movies from JB HI-FI :D

I really enjoyed it!!

GOING OUT TO LUNCH!!

I’m excited and nervous but really happy all at once!

Gonna go kick some ass ;)

Challenge excepted!!

Tomorrow my mum wants the family to go out to lunch :D

Been awake sense 3:30am but didn’t get up till 4-4:30am

Because my little sister went of on her school camp this morning.
(High school trip of a life time)
She will be gone for two weeks and won’t be here for Easter.

So this morning her bus was leaving the school at 6am so my mum and I got up to get her there.
She wanted me to make her a breakfast before she left :D

So I made her French toast with bacon and then I also packed her a lunch for today.

I’m going to miss her but I know she will have a blast!!

Cauliflower crust Ingredients: cauliflower, eggs, carrots and parsley. Of course you can skip the carrots or the parsley or even add other things.
2) Shred the cauliflower, watch out for your fingers, it might hurt a little.
3) Shred your carrots and add them.
4) Cut the parsley to tiny pieces, add eggs, salt and pepper.
5) Mix everything well!
6) Get your pan and heat up some oil – I used olive oil.
7) Fill the mixture inside of the pan, disperse it a little and put the top back on the pan.
8) Wait about 8 minutes. As long as your cauliflower crust roasts, you can make a nice cup of tea and cut all other ingredients that you want to put on top of your crust, be creative, everything is possible and absolutely delicious!

9) Flip your crust - It might be difficult and about to break – try to use a plate to flip it. Once you’ve managed this, let it roast on the other side for some more minutes.
10) Now decorate it with anything you want and enjoy this healthy heaven!

Who said you can’t have breakfast for lunch?

Carrot cake French toast.
Stuffed with peanut butter, kiwi, berries and apple.
Nomm Nomm!

Haha oops!

I’m a bit of a cluts and acadent-prone which has lead me to realise people who are like that have accidents a lot because they take “short cuts” in things.

Well I was cooking lunch and I wanted a boiled egg so instead of getting a saucepan out and boiling it on the stove I decided I would do it in the microwave in a container.
Well that was a mistake…

The egg blew up.
Microwave door flew open and egg went everywhere!
Then the power for the kitchen went out!!
Hehe I think I have finally learnt my lesson and won’t do it again.
(Yes I have done it once before)

Lunch time :)
(More was topped after photo)
