Dinner- Butternut Pumpkin soup with Quinoa (and other stuff) Had some Juice with it!
I WILL have a juice box somtime today.
Yes I know you don’t like it.
But you need it!!
Afternoon Snack- Made a smoothie but put it in a bowl XD
Breakfast- Plain chobani greek yogurt, special K cereal, mixed berry syrup and the berries. Had it with a tea
Dinner- Grilled egg, cauliflower/ tomato rice and 2 quorn fillets, avocado. Had it with some orange juice and water.
Breakfast :). Carmen’s deluxe fruit muesli, a plain Chobani mixed with honey, half a pomegranate, RobootYourLife Lean, Mean and Green juice and some Chai tea.
Natural yoghurt, banana, strawberries, muesli and fresh orange juice. Sublime brekkie.
Dinner- Big serve on spaghetti bolognese, made with quorn, broccoli and cauliflower. Had it with little bit of juice and water :D
Dinner- Homemade lentil burger and apple sauce, avocado, red onion, salsa/ spicy pumpkin spread, brocolini on a brown roll. Had it with orange juice and water.
Havn’t had a brown roll/ brown bread in ages.
But I ate it all C:
