Building upper arm strength
Tried to do a head-stand and feel on my puppy :\
I’m so happy!!
I finally did a head-stand today.
Ok it might of been up against the wall and only been the one that you do on your head and not like a hand-stand because I’m a little weekling, but i did it :D
Going to keep doing it on a wall until i build strength to do it in the middle of a room.
I also need to build up arm strength so i can do a hand-stand then one day a scorpion!!
This is why recover is so much better, you can be strong, fit, HEALTHY and you don’t have to ‘be fat’.
Even though times are hard, stuff like this is so motivational!!
