Ok so I’m going to get up and about today and not stress about my doctors appointment!
Going for a lovely walk with..
This is my Heaven!
Breakfast- Apple, fig, plain chobani greek yogurt, cinnamon and a green tea
Dinner- Lentil Burger with, fresh beetroot, grated carrot, rocket, red onion, avocado and pepper on one half, on the other was plain yogurt, and brocolini on the side. Had it with some orange juice and water, also not pictured I had some peas.
