Dinner- Chickpeas, lima beans, 1 quorn ‘chicken’ fillet, spiced couscous, 2 brussel sprouts, broccoli, zucchini
Dinner- Grilled egg, cauliflower/ tomato rice and 2 quorn fillets, avocado. Had it with some orange juice and water.
Lunch- Toasted sourdough wrap with 2 quorn ‘chicken’ style fillet, avocado, tomato, carrot, lettice, almonds, peanuts, herbs. Had it with water
Lunch- Baked sweet potato, with nutmeg and cinnamon, baby spinach and corn, with 2 quorn ‘chicken’ style fillet, chobani plain greek yogurt with honey.
The drink is an orange smoothie (but didn’t have it, i didnt really like it with the rest of the food) and water
Dinner- Roasted herb sweet potato (AMAZING!), quorn ‘chicken’ fillet, brocolini, peas, capsicum, cauliflower, onion, garlic, herbs and spices.
Had it with about 150ml of orange juice and big bottle of water
Lunch- Grilled corn tortilla, quorn ‘chicken’ fillet, grill herbed tomato, spices, spinach, cucumber, peas, a dollop or plain greek yogurt.
Had it with a Tea ♥ and water
Was ment to be a wrap but when I went to wrap it.
It failed :\ hahah turned into a salad
