Lunch- Toasted 2 slices of wheatmeal bread with falafels, cucumber, tomato, red onion, avocado, herbs and spices. Had it with milk and protein powder
Dinner- Spiced 2 minute noodles, 1 tomato, cucumber, falafels, almonds, spinach, rocket, apple sauce, herbs and spices, peas. With orange juice and water
Havn’t had nuts in a meal in ages C:
Dinner- Brocolini, apple sauce, baked sweet potato, falafels and three chestnuts. Had it with a big bottle of water and orange juice.
