Big snack! Brown rice cake with pb and banana, carrot and cucumber sticks, a cup of tea, almonds and some huge sultanas haha.
Banana avocado protein pancakes with sugar free maple syrup and strawberry greek yogurt.
Morning Snack- 2 rice cakes, one with banana and other with honey.
Breakfast- I had ‘Pancakes’ today. They actually worked and were really yumm!!, i used this recipe. Had it with a tea
