organic greek yogurt, strawberries, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, granola and yogi mayan cocoa spice tea.
Dont really want my Afternoon Snack coming up!
But I WILL eat it, because its good for me :)
and I can do yoga later!!

Back from my walk with my mother and my post-workout/ Afternoon Snack was some Lindt Dark 85% chocolate and a pear :D :D
Afternoon Snack- Mixed berries (blackberry, raspberry, 1 blueberry), toasted oats with cinnamon and mixed spice, peanut butter and 1/2 nature valley museli bar. Had it with a Green Tea in a take away cup (On the way to doctor)

Afternoon Snack- Plain greek chobani yogurt, pomegranate, granola. Green Tea
